The Kellogg Commissary Kitchen Offers Rentable Commercial Kitchen Space In Downtown DeLand.

What we offer

  • Low Cost. We offer an annual subscription with low monthly rates and minimum hours.
  • Licensed & Insured. Kellogg Commissary Kitchen is permitted with DBPR. FDACS permitted businesses can also join our commissary kitchen.
  • Convenient location with plenty of parking. Our kitchen is conveniently located in downtown DeLand, serving Volusia and the surrounding counties.
  • Access to On-Site Retail Sales. Kitchen subscribers have the option to sell their product in Northwest Square’s onsite neighborhood bodega.
  • Exclusive access to participate in monthly tasting pop ups at Northwest Square.
  • Keypad access
  • Security monitoring

All Commissary Kitchen renters will need the following:

  1. A Food Permit from the Department of Agriculture (businesses that package food and sell retail or wholesale) or Department of Business and Professional Regulation (food trucks, food carts, or caterers).
  2. A Business License registered with Sunbiz.
  3. Tax ID from Florida Department of Revenue.
  4. Business Insurance policy with Northwest Square, LLC, added as an additional insured. Proof of insurance will be required.
  5. One-time, non-refundable license acceptance fee, and Monthly or Annual subscription to Kellogg Commissary Kitchen.

Membership Options

Membership agreements are for 1 year. We do not allow month-to-month rentals. Membership cancellations will require proof of food permit cancelation or commissary kitchen change.

  • $750 Annually ($100 Membership Fee waived)
