Owner William Torres is originally from NJ and relocated to Florida with a vision of opening a sandwich and Ice cream shop unique to any other restaurant in the area. In 2004 this family owned business was opened, which now has one of the largest selections of cuban sandwiches, ice cream and sorbet in central Florida.
